Growing up I loved technology and my grandfather helped fuel that passion.  He would pass down his old Commadore 64 and 128 down to my family for us to play with and experiment with and I sure did!  I loved seeing what it could do for me, but then I ran into many others who couldn't figure out how it worked.  I always wanted to help them see their technologies in use!

I've offered these services now, since 1993...  In High School I took self-learning classes and became A+ Trained and we on to Vo-Tech to further expand these skills.
 

Delivering a better standard 

It's also been really frustrating to me that many times people are plain old ripped off for Tech Help.  This is Disgusting... Especially when they consider themselves "geeks" and couldn't even get your computer fixed if they COULD figure what is wrong with it.  There's no reason to add extra stupid fees!  If it can't be figured out you shouldn't be charged more!
